Each sale we have hundreds of shoppers looking for all types of baby and kids' gear, girls clothing, boys clothing and toys. Our fully-computerized system makes it easy to tag items (just enter into the website and click to print!), and with multiple days/times available for drop off you'll be sure to find selling a breeze. We also offer a wide range of volunteer opportunities to increase your percentage earned, and when the sale is over you can pick up unsold items or choose to donate them to local families in need. Our sale is held twice a year — Spring and Fall. We specialize in selling high-quality children's items in excellent condition. Most items sell for 20—35 percent of their retail price, but sometimes even more.
Consignors may bring season-appropriate clothing, books, toys, DVDS, video games, puzzles, baby equipment, bikes, strollers, maternity clothes and more to each sale. Full lists of accepted items are available on the consignor system once you register and log in.
You set the price! Our website makes it so easy to price items, create tags and track your sales!
Just print and affix tags at home, then drop off and place your items on Thursday or Friday before the sale. When the sale starts, you can view real-time data on your item sales from your computer or mobile device.
You have the option of having your items sell for half price at the end of our sale; this helps move items that otherwise might not have sold.
Consignors who volunteer for one 3-hour shift keep 80 percent of their sale proceeds. Consignors not volunteering keep 65 percent. We charge a $15 consignor fee that covers advertising and operations. 100 percent of church proceeds go to fund missions and outreach activities within the Richmond community and beyond. Checks are mailed to consignors 4-6 weeks after the sale.
At the end of each sale, you have the choice to pick up unsold items or donate them to an amazing cause - the annual Pass It On event for struggling families.
